Sean Doyle Scaffolding provided full access solutions for one block within the Suttons Wharf residential development, as part of a wider cladding replacement and External Wall System (EWS) remediation programme. The overall scheme comprises 267 occupied apartments across four blocks and is funded by the Department for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities (DLUHC).

Working under the management of Guinness, with Vistry Group as a key partner, SDS delivered bespoke scaffold designs to facilitate safe and efficient remediation works while minimising disruption to residents in the occupied building.
